Every year we list the agency that receives a combination of the most votes from you and our panel. Decisions are based upon those who we feel have contributed the most to the industry whilst being a good example of how an agency should operate. Agencies can nominate themselves and we will research the proposal submitted, or they can be nominated using our voting system.
